Cute, right?

I don’t know about you all, but I hate the humidity!

I know we supposedly live in a dry state, but this time of year it definitely gets muggy here.

My hair reacts quite differently in humid weather, as I’m sure most peoples’ does. So I usually put my hair up on those sticky days. A couple different ways that I put my hair up are:

-a messy low bun

-two low pigtails backcombed into two messy buns

-French braid Mohawk on top into a messy bun

-three braids pinned up

With all of these, I usually take advantage of second day hair that’s already been curled. I backcomb the crown of my head to give it some height, too.

If you have some natural curl, I say embrace it and wear it curly! If you have a diffuser, use it to dry your hair while scrunching. Be sure to use some curl cream or mousse and an anti frizz cream or oil (we just posted a how-to video on how to style curly hair).

Hope this helps!
