This summer, our super stylish stylists are sharing their best tips, pet peeves, and fashion fantasies.

You already read the team survey on summer go-to hairstyles. Now see how senior stylist Emily Baczewski answered our top 5 summer style questions.

What are your top 5 favorite items of clothing, shoes, or accessories in your closet right now?

Melon colored maxi skirt, chunky iridescent necklace, cork wedges, white strapless top and cut off neon shorts!

What’s a hot-weather look (hair or clothing) that you’d like to try out this summer?

I’d love to try a romper (shorts version). The only downfall is that I fear my body type isn’t appropriate aaaaand hate getting completely  undressed to pee.

What’s a fashion faux-pas you see every summer (and wish you’d never see again)?

Bathing suits and cover ups at the mall.  Or grocery store. Or Starbucks. Or anywhere but the pool!

Which celebrity or designer is your summer style inspiration?

Summer style inspiration would be…California girls. Some of the Billabong and Hurley babes are great (but I don’t surf and they all use sand as an accessory). Always the beauties across the pages of Pinterest and I hate to say it, but I get hints and tips from the darn Housewives of OC  — I Can’t help it! Or any of the bravo-lebrities.

What’s a fashion tip or trick you rely on to stay cute even when its 115 degrees out?

Never wearing a closed toe shoe or sneaker helps me stay cool — a sexy sandal or flip flop helps. Also keep the makeup to a minimum. Mascara and lipstick. Keeps you looking bold and ready to be seen without having to worry about it melting off your face. Stay in a dress. Don’t even look at a t shirt or pants, duh!

Stay tuned this summer to see how each team member responded![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
